The fourth member representative meeting of the World Federation of Chinese Community in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos was held in Phnom Penh，the capital city of Cambodia， from 25th to 27th in November . On behalf of our school, the Foreign Affair’s commissioner Mr. Huang Huaming attended the meeting at the invitation of this conference. Founded in 1983, the World Federation of Chinese Community in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos was a worldwide Chinese organization consisted by the Chinese countrymen immigrated to all around the world. The major functions of this federal meeting are to consolidate the connections between the Chinese Communities all over the world, to promote cooperation, and to enhance Chinese Culture.

During the meeting, the representatives from our school have a talk with the president of the Cambodian-China Daily, and the principles of the two biggest local Chinese schools, as well as some overseas Chinese national leaders. The Cambodian-China Daily, known as “the voices of local Chinese in Cambodia”, is a crucial local journal. In the process of the meeting, the representatives from our school introduced our general status and educational characteristics to President Huang and other overseas Chinese national leaders. We hoped to promote the cooperation and communications in cultural educational areas between Southeast Asian countries and our school, to expend the popularity of ours school within the Chinese society in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, and to publicize our international education, with the help of the World Federation of Chinese Community in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. At the same time, in order to publicize our school to the Chinese all over the world, to promote the process of our international cooperation and communications and to enhance the reputation of our school, our staff distributed two thousand advertising materials of our school to the participating representatives.
